Basic AMR Instructions:

  1. Enter the following:

    • Height (in): Height in inches.
    • Age (years): Current age.
    • Activity Level: Choose a level (Light, Moderate, Heavy, Extra Heavy) based on daily activity.
  2. Results:
    • Male AMR: Displays the estimated daily calories needed for men.
    • Female AMR: Displays the estimated daily calories needed for women.

Advanced AMR Instructions:
